- When burning your candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt right to the edge of the container. This will give you the maximum fragrance and even burn.
- If you don’t allow the wax to melt to the edge on the first burn you will get wax remaining
along the sides of your container and this will cause tunnelling which shortens the life of your candles.
- Burn your candle well clear of anything that it can set fire too
keep children and pets out of reach of burning candles
- Never leave your candle burning unattended.
- Be sure you can always see your burning candle
- Always trim your wick to about 6-8mm before you re-light your candle. This will ensure a long lasting candle or wooden just take the burnt part off with fingertips.
- Keep your candle on a solid stable surface, that cannot be knocked
- Burn your candle well clear of anything that it can set fire too
- Keep children and pets out of reach of burning candles

Please note that as we hand pour every candle ourselves and soy wax is a natural product sometimes frosting on top or the sides of your jar may occur. This is no way affects the overall burn of your candle or the scent . We do our best to prevent frosting however it is to be expected that frosting may occur with all soy products. Also during the colder months of the year, sometimes it may appear as though wax is coming away from the side of the glassware , this again is nothing to be concerned about , its all apart of the fun of working with a natural product.
