Customized orders can’t be cancelled at any time as these are made specifically to your order.

All return shipping-related costs are refundable if:
We will only cover return postage costs, if we are at fault, or have sent an incorrect item or there is a manufacturers fault. Products must be returned
It is suggested that you insure your return package to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any products they may get lost or damaged in the postal system.
If a product is damaged in transit please send us a digital photo evidence of the damaged occurred with the goods by email, with name your order number and the product item within 2 days of receiving your order to email@example.com
We will then contact you to arrange an appropriate solution.
Our returns policy does not apply to notifications of errors or damage more than 2days after receiving your goods
If you wish to cancel your order please contact via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Custom orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering or a cancellation fee will be charged if the goods have been made and deemed unsellable to other parties.
