Returns,refund and exchanges

We want you to love our products as much as we do!!.... So please choose carefully as we don't accept returns for change of mind on items.
The following items can't be refunded or exchanged if the customer changes their mind because of the nature of these products. Unless product is deemed not to be as described, is defective or damaged by the manufacturer only then returns and refunds will be given.

    Customized orders can’t be cancelled at any time as these are made specifically to your order.

    All return shipping-related costs are refundable if:

    We will only cover return postage costs, if we are at fault, or have sent an incorrect item or there is a manufacturers fault. Products must be returned

    It is suggested that you insure your return package to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any products they may get lost or damaged in the postal system.

    If a product is damaged in transit please send us a digital photo evidence of the damaged occurred with the goods by email, with name your order number and the product item within 2 days of receiving your order to

    We will then contact you to arrange an appropriate solution.

    Our returns policy does not apply to notifications of errors or damage more than 2days after receiving your goods
